Terms of Service

Last Updated: October 2026

Welcome to Veritas Law Partners. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website, legal information resources, digital legal notice platform, and pre-litigation communication infrastructure available at https://veritasgloballaw.com. By accessing or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

1. Scope of Service & Platform Role

Veritas Law Partners provides strategic corporate legal counsel, commercial dispute resolution, and proprietary pre-litigation recovery technology infrastructure for banks, NBFCs, fintech lenders, MSMEs, and enterprise recovery teams across India.

Our digital notice platform enables institutional creditors to streamline statutory notice drafting, vernacular translations, electronic dispatches, and court-admissible proof of delivery. As per the Bar Council of India regulations, this platform serves as an operational technology and communication system for institutional dispute resolution, not an advertisement or solicitation of legal work.

2. Compliance with Statutory Law

All institutional users and client organizations utilizing our dispatch infrastructure warrant that notice requests conform strictly to Indian statutory laws and regulatory mandates, including:

  • Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881: Full adherence to statutory 30-day notice issuance deadlines and mandatory 15-day debtor cure periods for dishonoured cheques.
  • Evidence & Admissibility Standards: Section 65B of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 and Section 63 of Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023 governing electronic certificate generation.
  • Information Technology Act, 2000: Lawful transmission of electronic records, verified timestamps, and encrypted data handshakes.
  • RBI Fair Practices Code: Strict adherence to borrower dignity, appropriate communication timing, and transparent debt recovery guidelines.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary algorithms, platform architecture, notice automation workflows, user interfaces, branding assets, software code, and legal document templates hosted on https://veritasgloballaw.com remain the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Veritas Law Partners.

Users may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, resell, or sublicense any software modules or platform components without prior express written permission from the firm.

4. Data Confidentiality & Bank-Grade Security

We apply bank-grade administrative and technical measures to protect institutional portfolio records and borrower transmission logs. All data in transit is secured with TLS 1.3 protocol encryption, and archival audit trails are encrypted at rest with AES-256 standards.

Our infrastructure guarantees data localization on secured Indian cloud regions, in full compliance with RBI data directives and domestic confidentiality mandates.

5. Limitation of Liability & No Collection Guarantee

Veritas Law Partners provides high-performance dispatch technology, advocate-structured templates, and verified audit logging. While our digital notices significantly accelerate recovery velocity, the platform does not guarantee specific collection amounts or debtor settlement outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veritas Law Partners shall not be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages arising from telecom carrier downtime, postal delivery failures, or borrower-side network disruptions.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms or platform usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi / Gurugram, India.

7. Updates & Modifications

Veritas Law Partners reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time to reflect operational, regulatory, or legal changes. The latest version will always be published on this page with an updated revision date.
